Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/item was sent.
